Reference Translation of Exercise 4

What we have leant from the technical document translation exercise:

1.You must have the very technical background to a certain degree before translating it.

2.For translating title (or subtitle), you must read the whole paragraph (or the whole article) first, and at most times, you should not translate the title in literal way.

3.Occasionally, you need to add explanations to rationalize or elaborate the original text – to fit the ultimate use or readers’ proficiency level.

Rich Organization: New information management tools make it easy for you to view and organize your files in any way that you want. Windows Vista introduces Virtual Folders, which are saved searches that run instantly when you open a Virtual Folder, displaying up-to-date results instantly. As you add more files to your computer that match your search criteria, the files are automatically added to the Virtual Folder, regardless of where the files are physically located on the hard disk.
